Fort McMurray Doula Association

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Lydia has been living in Fort McMurray for over 4 years. She studied Developmental Services in school and has been working with youth in her surrounding communities for the past decade in a variety of roles. Lydia believes that pregnancy and birth is a life changing and sacred experience to be cherished. She brings knowledge, compassion, respect and dedication to support the families she works with. Lydia’s goal as your doula is to provide continuous comfort emotionally, spiritually and physically during this powerful moment and that you are able to come away with a positive and memorable birth.
